Recently named one of DFW’s most anticipated restaurant openings of 2022 by the Dallas Morning News, Tatsu Dallas will provide an intimate, high-end sushi experience for no more than 18 guests a night in the newly renovated Continental Gin Building located in Deep Ellum, Dallas, TX. The restaurant is the namesake of Executive Chef/Owner Tatsuya (Tatsu) Sekiguchi, former head Chef of Omakase Room by Tatsu and the world-famous Sushi Yasuda in New York City. As the head Chef of Sushi Yasuda in Midtown Manhattan, Chef Tatsu’s earned one Michelin star for ten consecutive years and Yasuda was named one of the 10 best restaurants in New York City by Zagat.
