In June of 2019, Chef Terry and wife Jenn Koval opened their dream restaurant in Decatur , GA; their community of seventeen years. After two and a half decades of working in Atlanta's top kitchens, Koval has continued to embrace his community which has supported him throughout his career. Chef Koval was nominated Star Chefs Sustainable chefs award in 2012 and has been featured on Food Networks top rated shows Chopped and Diners Drive ins and Dives. Chef Koval also received the Georgia Organics farmers champion award in 2020, 2021 and 2022 as well as continues to support Wholesome Wave Ga., Slow Food Ga. They are dedicated to their team, guests, community, local farmers and local aquaculture. They strive to encourage a creative, collaborative and thriving environment for staff as well as guests.
