CAFE BEATRICE
In a dense urban environment where young professionals live, work, and eat, a restaurant must offer an amenity to each part of that trifecta. Cafe Beatrice will offer the residents a place where they can get their morning coffee and snack, as well as a place to pop in and grab a lunch to take away. But what happens to cafes and coffee shops after those hours end? We aim for Cafe Beatrice to be a place where visitors and residents of Cambridge Crossing can move seamlessly from working on a laptop, sipping on a latte, to meeting friends and grabbing a glass of rosé or a bottled negroni.
