Pistolas Del Sur is a bar/restaurant with an undeniable soul.
Our cuisine boasts a vibrant Modern Mexican feel being seasonally updated and created by chef and partner Adan Trinidad. Tequila and Mezcal are both passions of ours while we offer a variety of draft and custom Maragaritas and cocktails. Pistolas Del Sur also curates the areas most exciting beer list with rotating drafts from Breweries such as Bell’s, Petrus, and Russian River and a constantly rotating bottle and can list including offerings from Lawson’s, Dre Fountaine, Orval, and 2SP.
As much as we are proud of the products we showcase and the style we present we also pride ourselves in hiring a highly independent and vivacious staff.
