Eataly Dallas

Founded in 2007 in Turin, Italy, Eataly is the world's largest artisanal Italian marketplace. Eataly is a place where you can EAT, SHOP and LEARN about high-quality, authentic Italian cuisine. Eataly features an array of restaurants, cafés, to-go eateries, fresh counters (think Italian cheese and meat, and fresh pasta made in front of you!), a grocery market with more than 10,000 products, and a cooking school.

As of December 2020, we are excited to be open in Texas - in Dallas' NorthPark Center!

We are hiring for our kitchens, full-service restaurants, quick-service restaurants, market and offices.
