Our restaurant group includes, Bottega Restaurant, Bottega Café, Chez Fonfon and Highlands Bar & Grill. Located in Birmingham, AL—we are quality driven, interested in surrounding ourselves with people who have a passion for a greater knowledge of food, beverage, and hospitality. Our belief is that focus on the details truly makes a difference in providing our guests an extraordinary experience—whether in our casual Café or white table clothed Highlands’ dining room.

Each restaurant, as well as owners Frank and Pardis Stitt, have been recognized in publications such as The New York Times, Bon Appétit, Southern Living, Garden & Gun and Food + Wine.

In 2018, Highlands Bar & Grill received the James Beard Foundation Award for Outstanding Restaurant in America after being nominated for the prestigious award each year since 2009. In the same year, Pastry Chef Dolester Miles received the James Beard Foundation Award for Outstanding Pastry Chef in American after being nominated for three consecutive years. Stitt received the Foundation’s award for Best Chef: Southeast in 2001 and was inducted into the James Beard Foundation’s Who’s Who of Food and Beverage in America in 2011.
