Claudette

Claudette is a coastal French bistro set on lower 5th Avenue, in historic Greenwich Village. The restaurant's menus offer bistro classics alongside a large selection of seafood. It opened in 2014 and is one of Carlos Suarez's Casa Nela Restaurants.

Chef Partner Michael Han is committed to creating excellent guest experiences with memorable twists on classic French bistro dishes.

The team at Claudette boasts a high retention and promotion rate among the team. All of the chefs at Claudette were promoted from within and many cooks have been interns or dishwashers before learning the line.
