In 2017, Andrew Zimmern and Gavin Kaysen combined their knowledge of sports and food to create a unique catering company for professional athletes.

At KZ Provisioning, our goal is to enhance athletic performance by using personalized nutrition plans to create delicious food that players want to eat. We also believe that genuine hospitality is something that doesn't just belong in restaurants but also in the arena where a balanced diet delivered with care can keep everyone performing their best.
