With a culinary program led by Chef de Cuisine Matt Bowden (Executive Sous Chef at Manresa), Mentone takes inspiration of the French/Italian Riviera and brings it to the California’s Coast line with a Kinch touch. Located in Aptos, California - the restaurant will feature a Mugnaini wood-fired pizza oven, full bar, on-site milled flour, and the fresh ingredients from small local farmers.
