Via Locusta highlights fresh handmade pasta made with locally sourced fresh-milled flour, and the brightest fruits and vegetables from some of Pennsylvania’s outstanding farmers.

Set to be one of the most approachable spots in the Rittenhouse Square neighborhood, we offer a smart, focused menu of shareable plates, pastas and a few larger dishes. Additionally, Via Locusta’s cocktail program complements the from-scratch, local, seasonal, and sustainable tenets of the kitchen. Schulson Collective’s Head Bread Baker, creates special Italian-style bread with local grains.
