The Bandit

A temple to nostalgia, the Bandit is a low-key, high-vibe staple in Chicago's West Loop. Helmed by Chef Shane Graybeal (Sable, Bin 36), the menu features classic American food but with a playful twist. Customers will find tater tots topped with black caviar; waffle fries drowned with bulgolgi, cheddar, and kimchi; and the giant “Diplomat,” a Slagel Farms beef burger that detaches into smaller sliders and is served with griddled onions and bacon jam. Paired with our fancy cocktails, craft beer, and party beats, The Bandit will knock your socks off with service and style.
