Birds & Bubbles

City Grit Hospitality Group (CGHG) will venture to the Lower East Side this Fall with “Birds & Bubbles”, a full service restaurant celebrating seasonal Southern fare.

Using the highest quality ingredients, The Birds & Bubbles menu features dishes inspired by classics elevated with global flavors and matched with sparkling wines and bespoke cocktails.

Birds & Bubbles will be a high volume neighborhood-friendly eatery, situated on Forsyth Street between Grand and Broome, across from Sara D. Roosevelt Park.

We are seeking experienced and intuitive front-of-house and back-of-house staff for full time positions. We offer an environment focused on education and service, including in-depth study of champagne and sparkling wine. We also offer great perks and opportunity for growth as we expand our restaurant group. 



Birds & Bubbles will be open for dinner Tuesday to Sunday for dinner service.
