Located in West Town, Aya Pastry showcases artisan breads and whimsical cakes and pastries. The mission at Aya Pastry is to support Chicago chefs and business owners by providing an extensive bread and pastry program unmatched by other bakeries.

Aya Pastry always keeps the chef in mind when creating breads. The thoughtful and versatile bread menu includes breads such as: country sourdough, signature baguettes, shokupan and sesame buns. Pastries will include unique savory and sweet croissants, jumbo “dino” macarons, Samoa cakes, as well as a colorful array of celebration cakes, which will be available for wholesale purchase.
