PABU Boston will be the second location of Chef Mina and Chef Tominaga’s award-winning Japanese restaurant and sushi bar. Presenting a unique and lively take on the traditional izakaya experience, the team is obsessed with the refined techniques and craft of Japanese cuisine. Market-fresh seafood will be sourced from New England’s waterways, as well as flown in fresh from Japan’s famed Tsukiji Market. The beef program will offer a wide selection of all cuts and price points, including Japanese and American Wagyu, as well as prime and dry-aged meats. Whether dining at the bar, in the lounge or dining room, a large menu of shareable items are ideal for convivial dining over crafted cocktails -from robatayaki and tempura to rice, noodle and soup dishes.
Located at 1 Franklin Street, on the first and second floor of Millennium Tower Boston, PABU will add yet another dimension of flair and liveliness to the historic neighborhood.
