Louma is a brand-new bakery in West LA with a unique mission: combining top-tier artisanal baking with a commitment to social impact. Outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment, we’re building something ambitious from the ground up and we want you to join our inaugural team.
Our kitchen produces breads (sourdough, baguette, rye bread…), classic pastry (Danish and French style), and seasonal to-go offering made with organic, locally sourced ingredients, crafted to the highest standards. Think a perfect sourdough loaf meets traditional Levantine tabbouleh.
