Waltz

Waltz is a new Italian-American restaurant opening in South Philly, where old-school charm meets a thoughtful take on the classics. Its name is a nod to the Whitman neighborhood and the Walt Whitman Bridge, with a twist inspired by the timeless dance itself.

Waltz’ space features an intimate 8-seat bar, a 50-seat bi-level dining room, and seasonal outdoor seating, bringing the total capacity to around 75 guests.

Waltz’ goal is to be a true neighborhood favorite—a place its guests come back to again and again—for birthdays, anniversaries, date nights, and family celebrations. Centered around the wood-fired oven, Waltz chefs have crafted gourmet pizzas, pastas, seafood, steaks and more.

Above all, Waltz is meant to be a fun and welcoming place where guests feel comfortable, relaxed, and excited to be there.
