This sassy Southern transplant spent nearly 18 years in the NYC hospitality and food industry. In 2015, she launched RENEGADE LEMONADE - S’mores N’mores sister company. The widely popular drink destination and Vendy award winning company became a staple at major music festivals and markets alike. Due to this success, an opportunity presented itself where Bailey could finally dive head first into what she loves the most. . .SWEETS! Combining her passion for baking, whimsy, and EVERYTHING CHOCOLATE, S’mores N’more opened in the Fall of 2019 at Bryant Park.
