Inspiration comes from working with like-minded individuals who are passionate, driven, and fun to work with. I am inspired by the knowledge that no two days are ever the same - the possibilities are endless.

Andrew Selvadurai, Gordon Ramsay, and Heston Blumenthal have been my mentors. They taught me self-belief, attention to detail, the importance of consistency, and self-discipline. I learned the importance of being true to yourself and the people around you. Also, when faced with a challenge, it's just as important to look at what you’re not doing as much as what you are doing.
I learned early on in my career that recognition and acknowledgement, no matter how small, are huge motivators.
The knowledge that I get to learn great things about myself and our team keeps me motivated during the tough times at work.
I try to keep my team inspired and motivated with a constant positive outlook, keeping them involved, ensuring everyone knows their importance in the team, and having fun!
When mentoring I ensure that everyone gets treated as an individual and I always use relevant examples when teaching.
I keep myself educated by listening and learning from the team and my network, never being afraid to ask people's thoughts and opinions, and making use of my commute by reading and studying.
