Hospitality is influencing so many other industries; some more directly such as fishing and agriculture but also design, tech and shipping. I still find it mind-blowing that those everyday cups of coffee are bridges to farming communities thousands of miles away. Hospitality is social and constantly re-inventing itself. I couldn’t imagine working in any other industry.„
