Sausage
Duration: 3 months
Skills Learned: Methods of preservation (cured meat), knife cuts, basic cooking skills, production and plating, organization/cleanliness, efficiency, speed/rotation

Entremetier
Duration: 4 months
Skills Learned: Knife cuts, vegetable cooking technique, production and rotation of garnishes, speed

Bar Boulud
