My passion to succeed has always come with a giant helping of enthusiasm. In a nutshell, I am a natural catalyst for kick-starting initiatives and motivating my team. I enjoy and thrive on deadlines and juggling multiple projects at once. It is through my innate desire to achieve that I am also able to manage and lead others to not only ‘get stuff done,’ but to drive my team to exceed expectations, while working smart. I constantly have new ideas and am easily able to pinpoint where things can be improved and made more scalable.
For over twelve years, I have been a leader in the growth and development of a successful beauty service and product company, which touts a strong cult-like following among clientele and media alike. I have been one of the leads in location expansion both past and present, wearing many hats. My role has touched virtually every area of the company, including salon operations, process creation, event management, sales, copy writing, traditional and social media relations, website and e-commerce management, as well as product development. In addition, most recently, from the concept to opening the doors of the first location, I have been focused on a new, sister brand. I am proud to now uphold the role of Brand Director, as it has prepared me to take the next step in my career.
