My name is Simon Jacobs and I am a college educated New York City local. I earned a double Bachelor’s in Management and Marketing from Long Island University. I have an extensive sales and customer service background ranging from retail and hospitality, to call centers. Working in service provided me with the ability to identify and satisfy a customer’s needs, as well as the ability to work efficiently with a diverse group of people in a high stress, fast paced environment. Supervisory positions have taught me how to take initiative and additional responsibility in stride. I was awarded multiple awards at LendKey for outstanding customer service and dedication to quality of work. I recently received the Wustof leadership award at ICE for my ability to lead and motivate others.
