    Explanation of service:
    - Recorded beverage order
    - Delivered breads, cheeses, and olive oil
    - Reviewed catch of the day with guests
    - Recorded food order, starting with female and moving clockwise
    - Repeated order with guests to ensure it is recorded accurately
    - Input order into dining software to be delivered to the kitchen
    - Prepared table for the first course, and delivered appetizer when ready (females guests first)
    - After the first course was bussed, I began preparing the table for the main course
    - Delivered main course (female first then clockwise)
    - Removed main course plate after completion, and cleaned off the table
    - Reviewed glasses on table and asked guest if they desired refills
    - Asked for dessert order and prepared table
    - Delivered dessert order (female guest(s) first, then clockwise), and refilled drinks

    - Delivered bill, with compliments of the house, when requested.

    - Ensured chinaware, napkins, glasses, chairs, and cloth are in order.
    - Prepared the Side Station (silverware, chinaware, napkins, salt and pepper shakers, and wine opener.)
