I was born in a small town in the philippines.Being part of a large family, I inherited from my mother a passion for cooking and a sense of satisfaction when people are delighted by my culinary creations. At the age of 22, I was already an active participant of my Father's seafood and imports- exports business netwrok.
In 2004, I moved to the U.S with the aspiration of obtanaininh a college degree in the medical field. Soon after I realized that by doing so, I was not pursuing my own dreams but just my parent's. At the very moment is when i decided to join Le Cordon Bleu College to follow my true calling.
Im a member of ACF and WACS. I compete for morethan two years in American Culinary Federation doing - Main course. I am also writing a recipe book for people that has Chrons, Siliac and Lupos Disease.

My Dream Job is To own a restaurant someday
