Role & Tasks:
Welcome guests, introduce “The Fogo Way” for all you can experience dining.
Sell specialty appetizers, Brazilian cocktails, and offer wine pairing advice.
Responsible for up to 18 tables at a time, ensuring each guest receives complimentary Brazilian side dishes at the start of their meat service, making sure each drink glass is never less than half full, and bussing and crumbing tables to keep a clean appearance throughout experience.
Communicate effectively with other servers, bussers, and chefs to ensure each guest has the highest quality of service possible.
Keep up with running side work and completing side work at the end of each shift.
