    Role & Tasks:

    For over five years, I worked closely with James Beard Award nominated Chef Sonja Finn to manage the front of house operations of her restaurant and have operated as the sole bartender. I have cultivated and maintained valuable interpersonal relationships and, by example and encouragement, have established an environment that supports my staff to drive customer loyalty and retention. In a successful effort to increase sales, I have implemented and maintained the use of multiple social media platforms. In addition, I carry out a number of administrative tasks including the management of an extensive wine and beer inventory, scheduling, and managing cost controls.
