Food Server / Bartender / Duties
Responsible for exemplary uncompromising hospitality, providing guests with the finest food and beverages, accompanied by attentive, gracious
and friendly service. Being a professional Server I thoroughly
familiarize myself with the product, French table side service on the guerdon consisting of deboning whole Bronzino, Dover Sole, and
carving rack of lamb, chateaubriand for two, also desserts and cordials flambé style. From kitchen to bar service, cash control,
proper merchandising and sales techniques of the establishment.
