Opened all 6 locations in NY/NJ. Trained and oversaw supervisors and FOH/BOH staff for all locations. Oversaw and enforced new FOH and BOH protocol and procedures. Created inventory standards of all paper goods, beverages, food inventory, uniforms. kitchen supplies, office supplies for all locations. Enforced Mighty Quinn's standards for customer service and staff relations. Created and enforced new hire and termination procedures. Aided in managing and staffing special events. Oversaw and ensured the success of catering orders for NY stores. Oversaw and developed delivery systems for all stores. Worked directly with online ordering platforms to create app for in house use that serves better communication between the restaurant, courier/online platform and the customer. Created and designed the catalogue of all food and beverage items designed to teach new hires about each item offered.
