Latin fusion with margaritas! Under El Salvadorian chef Oscar Aguilar I assisted in all aspects of the daily running of the restaurant including vendor orders, food preparation and presentation, scheduling and the hiring and training of staff. Part of my duties also included the upkeep of the beer, wine and liquor license through the state of West Virginia. Under this license I trained staff of bartenders on their duties and expectations regarding state laws while serving alcohol from a fully stocked bar. I also bartended, served and helped with the daily opening and nightly closings including deposits and payouts from serving staff.
