From my grandmother's kitchen into high end professional kitchens I have always loved working with food. My first job out of high school was as a prep cook for the school district in my hometown. Unlike many school districts around the country this one was dedicated to serving kids nutritious, organic, flavorful foods. The love and warmth put into this food made me want to continue this joyous career path. All through college I worked at the most delicious pizza parlor I have known to date- Frank Pepe's. The tradition alone can be tasted in each pie. Last year I moved to New Orleans- home to some of the most historically notorious food creations, po-boys, gumbo, you name it. Everyone needs food to survive and it is my goal to bring food to life, to make it an unforgettable experience.

My Dream Job is To own and operate a high end restaurant that doubles as an art-house cinema.
