    My Gastronomy classes at UFCSPA are at night, so during my college vacations I worked double shift, 96 hours a week. Vasco 1020 is a high class bar and offers creative food. The kitchen is open, so guests order directly to cooks and come get the food when it's ready. It is intense and rewarding.
