Role & Tasks:
Effectively supervised the implementation, organization, and execution of all events to achieve the organization’s goals in an effective and efficient manner. Thoroughly research markets to identify opportunities for events. Liaise with leadership to ascertain their precise event requirements. Coordinate logistics for all TSP Sales special events, such as Sales Meetings, AVEDA Business College, and corporate partner visits. Created two education calendars per year for Spring and Fall semester. Both semesters include over eighty different advanced education events and classes, in addition to Event Coordination for AVEDA Sales. Facilitated the development of a team of over twenty educators in Florida; this includes providing them with required education, certification, and materials to successfully facilitate specialized courses. Coordinated all travel arrangements for the educators and AVEDA Sales team.
