Role & Tasks:
I am a personal chef and fitness trainer. I provide healthy suggestions for meal plans. Cook. Clean. Deliver or prepare meals in your kitchen. Meals are prepared and stored away. I prepare meals by the day, week and also for small dinner parties and social events.
I also provide personal training. I am a "hands-on" trainer. Running, skipping rope and weight training are my specialties. Detailed workouts based upon the clients needs are created. In-home or outside workouts.
