Role & Tasks:
Social Community Manager of two international hotel brands (Staybridge Suites & Candlewood Suites) within one of the largest hotel companies in the world.
-Manage owned social media channels by generating conversations, engaging with consumers in real time, moderating content, and liaising with internal customer care team to better position brands for success on social channels
-Analyze social data including benchmarking, audience insights, engagement levels, and fan interactions to determine new tests for paid social opportunities, strategy, campaigns, and content curation. Proficient in sprinklr, a social media management system.
-Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to help bring marketing campaigns to life (including concept, creative design, advertising, communications, and execution)
-Work with both Staybridge Suites and Candlewood Suites brand teams and PR teams to develop social strategy for the brands and define their role and identity in the social space
