I am a great team player, goal oriented, and have multiple transferrable skills that qualifies me to fill this position. When put under pressure I excel to my best ability. Making sure the customer is happy at all times is my number one priority. A business should carter to all the customers needs and wants, no matter the situation. I am a highly driven individual with great work ethic. My past experience working in the kitchen, has craft my attention to detail and quality. I believe food should be enjoyed, savored, and nurtured. Most importantly the food needs to be respected; crafted from the heart and serviced with a smile. Long term I see myself working heavy in the pastry field. Expanding my curiosity to feed my passion. I have always been a person who loved to learn new things, no matter the challenge. I've learned that building and retaining techniques really creates a strong cook.
