Wine and service became an unexpected love at Cava Winery & Vineyard. Shortly after I started at Cava, over a glass of wine the winemaker taught me the importance of sustainability, supporting local farmers, and through that single act of kindness, showed me the meaning of the "art of hospitality." My journey has most recently has led to my acceptance From there I was accepted as the Junior Sommelier at Estiatorio Milos in New York City after graduating from The International Culinary Center's Intensive Sommelier Course and achieving my Sommelier Certification from The Court of Master Sommeliers.
