What truly makes me happy is to make others around me happy, and the best way to someone’s heart is through their stomach. The culinary art has always been held in high regard in my family. Ever since I was a child I helped my mother cook various dishes. As the family had the chance to travel around the world, including France, Singapore, and Tokyo, we spent a great deal of resources to properly experiencing the local cuisine. I have always been fascinated with quality of food and the quality of service at restaurants across the world. Being from Chicago, I have had access to the second best foodie town in America, second to New York of course (I'd love to change this!). If I’m not out eating, I’m either experimenting in my own kitchen or immersing myself in various media revolving around food. I love to watch, read, and learn from top chefs; Gordon Ramsay, John Besh, Julia Child, Wolfgang Puck, etc. There is no cuisine I don’t appreciate. It’s a true passion that will encourage my fellow coworkers and I to put our best foot forward.

My Dream Job is i would love nothing more than to run my own restaurant, perhaps even own it. In addition, I would love to consult others restauranteurs.
