    Role & Tasks:

    •Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
    •Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
    •Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
    •Establish targets, schedules, policies and procedures.
    •Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
    •Maintains budgeted liquor, beer and wine COGS to ensure maximum revenue is generated.
    •Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
    •Conducts training on a regular basis
    •Provide staff with the skills training to provide value added service to members
    •Utilize one-on-one training skills
    •Monitors service and teamwork on a regular basis and counsels employees on providing service and teamwork
    •Performs other duties required to provide “WCC” service and teamwork
    •Maximizes member satisfaction with F&B by providing the highest quality of services & product consistent with strategic goals.
    •Assures adherence to standards of FOH service, food quality, ambiance, bar and banquet events.
    •Assures proper staffing and adequate supplies for all areas of the clubhouse
    •Oversees all F&B related operational areas
    •Conducts FOH beverage inventories and purchasing.
    •Assures proper safety, hygiene and sanitation practices are followed
    •Provides guidance with F&B menus and wine lists which are member oriented; changes menus regularly to reflect local and national trends
    •Attends and directs F&B meetings regularly to develop F&B knowledge of staff
    •Utilizes leadership skills and motivation techniques in order to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction of direct reports.
    •Selects, orients and trains qualified employees
    •Conducts effective employee meeting and counseling sessions
    •Determines, communicates and monitors achievement of standards of performance on a timely basis
    •Employs respectful discipline as required
