Currently a graduating senior at Johnson & Wales University. I am a career driven professional in the Pastry Industry. I have been active in the food industry for almost 5 years both studying at university and working. I am a very open minded person and extremely teachable. I firmly believe that you never stop learning especially in the food industry, where there are always new trends to learn and space to grow. I am skilled in cake decorating specifically wedding cakes, specialty cakes and cupcakes and significant knowledge in the art of French pastries, chocolate work, and sugar work. My goal is to eventually, go into the fine dining aspect of pastry.

My Dream Job is My dream job is to be the Executive Pastry Chef of a Michelin star restaurant and then eventually own my own restaurant
