My name is David Walker and I am an experienced, energetic restaurant manager. My forte in the industry is working shoulder to shoulder with FOH staff to develop a fast & friendly environment for the guests. I am proficient in supervising kitchens as well and have experience cooking on the line, which means if the kitchen gets backed up I am able to assist the cooks out of the weeds.
When running operations or assisting I work from the P & L to guide the sales and purchasing on a week to week basis.
When running a shift I follow a strict rule of the figure 8 flow path putting me in all places several times through out the day.
Since leaving Real Food Daily in 2015 I have been working with my wife building an on line clothing business called “Normalkills”. The business is now doing very well and I am ready to return to my passion.
