I started serving in my hometown diner in Scotia, NY. I needed a job after college and walked in and said I would gladly start as a hostess for their busy weekend brunch shifts. I quickly moved up to serving, sometimes even jumping in the kitchen when we were short handed.
Since then I have had almost ten years experience in a variety of NY bars and restaurants, from loud and boisterous sports bars, slinging jager shots and pulled pork sandwiches, to white tablecloth fine dining restaurants captained by Michelin recommended chefs and serving classic Old Fashioneds and fifty dollar entrees.
I've run the gambit from being a barista to the assistant bar manager and in each position my favorite part is the customer service. I like talking to people and making them feel at home. My goal is to make them leave happier than they walked in.

My Dream Job is My dream job would be having my own supper club company, serving meals in my home to guests who were looking for a more intimate experience.
