    Role & Tasks:

    Hire & Train FOH staff, Design training guidelines for FOH, Assess and enhance FOH performance. Train new hires on Aloha POS. Interact with Hostess station to best accommodate reservation demands and large parties. Interact with Guests via table visits and to insure their expectations have been surpassed. Addressing and correcting any issues during the table visits. Taking steps not to repeat those issues. Coordinating FOH needs with BOH personnel, Maintain acceptable staffing in accordance to policy and needs. Maintain FOH P/L projections in accordance to labor hours. Hold line-up pre-shift. Perform shift tip out in accordance to policy. Design work schedule in accordance to known staffing needs and forecast staffing needs pursuant to events in the surrounding area. Accountable for the profitability of the entire house in conjunction with the General manager and Kitchen Manager.
