    While working for the voted “Best Breakfast” place in Anchorage for the last 13 years I was honored to be a part of a kitchen team where I was responsible for opening and closing duties, executing meal for the to-go case. I worked every station on the line including but not limited to prep, sauté station, potatoes, omelets station, sandwiches, salads and the pancake griddle. As part of the kitchen team I was responsible for handling high volume hours and keeping ticket times under 15 minutes while producing the highest quality of food.
