Restaurants have been in my work life since I was 16 years old and for the last 14 years I have had the opportunity to be a waiter, bartender and barista in a few varying concepts in some of the most diverse cities in the United Sates and abroad.

My talents in keeping organized in a team atmosphere has been proven and refined through a diverse range of experience in bars, wine shops, cafe's and pizzerias. Additionally I have experience in startups, new locations, small local chains and even large corporations which all combined to create my well rounded education of the industry.

I can operate alone being productive and fast as well as work within corporate styled task oriented structures.

In all things I strive towards efficiency and to leave a good example.
