I was born in 1983 in Syracusa, Sicily. After graduating from Istituto Tecnico Industriale Statale E. Fermi, Siracusa, Sicily with a focus in Chemistry, I had a desire to explore and travel to other countries.

In 2005 after serving in the military in Rome, Italy I decided my passion was the Hospitality industry. I had such drive and ambition to experience different countries and cultural environments; I pursued the food and beverage industry working in various restaurants in Ireland, Scotland and Bermuda polishing my skills and knowledge level including wine varietals with a focus of providing superior customer service and memorable dining experiences with my guests.

I moved to Las Vegas where I made it my home and I became a part of the dynamic team of Zeffirino’s in 2010. Starting as a Captain/Lead Server, and consequently promoted to Restaurant Manager in November 2014.

While continuing to learn more extensively about the restaurant business, I have been learning Spanish and I've been working on certificates of extensive wine and spirits.
