I started out dishwashing in the fall of 2003 my cousin was the lead cook at the resturant I observed the ins and outs of the kitchen. As time went by i advanced my skills by working in burger joints all over northern California in 2007 I up my kitchen experience by applying at a place called the city cafe 4 star restaurant and fine dinning as an apptizer cook as I gained experience I applied for a culinary program through a career and skills center called Charles A.jones "career center" uptaning my level 1 apprenticeship in culinary arts I went to work for a upcoming burger franchise called smash burger where with in the first month I was giving the opportunity to be a corporate trainer I took the postion and begun my training in Colorado springs I then later opened two restaurants in Louisiana one in shreverport and one in bossier city moving on I moved my family to Arkansas a started working in the local country clubs from Springdale to Fayetteville with the bugets being so small I see there's is no room for advancment .

My Dream Job is To own and opperate my own kitchen
