I ensure the profitable execution of the food & beverage services for a boutique event planning studio specializing in high-end weddings, parties, corporate functions and private events.
I consult with clients and vendors to design and produce one-of-a-kind custom events emphasizing elegant sophistication and thoughtful detailing. We serve seasonal, chef-driven menus and source products from local craftsmen and artisan vendors. I also provide limited, project-specific, private chef services including business consulting, dietary meal planning, cooking lessons and home/travel provisioning.
I hire & collaborate with proven professionals who are passionate about their craft and are capable of wowing clients. We contract chefs, designers, florists, musicians, performers, artist & craftsman.
