    Lead Bartender for the Cafe Robey. Tasked with creating and updating cocktail and wine lists to suit the changing menus and seasons. Aided in the opening of the hotel, as well as the bars and food establishments within it. Helped with setting standards in both service and product output by training new staff and helping put rules into place to ensure a good customer experience.
