    I was tasked with creating new drink menus for weekly cocktail menus, monthly menu changes, and specialty menus for catering events, distributor take-overs, and also handled much of the beer menu selections for both taps and bottles/cans. I was also put in charge of the bar's nightly operation, as well as oversaw other employees during nightly service while the manager was not in. I collected money for drinks and balanced daily/weekly receipts and balances, ensuring that our accounts/drops were correct. I kept the bar stocked and in clean, working order on a nightly basis. I also handled unruly customers and, when necessary, removed patrons from the establishment if I saw fit.
