Role & Tasks:
Set up banquet halls/outside area for weddings, corporate, and birthday events.
Maintain and organize the banquet rooms, hallways, storage, and service areas.
Manage a crew of 10.
Conduct inventory and care for banquet supplies such as linens, chairs, china glassware, and decorations.
Set up the banquet room per the specification of a banquet events order and reset the room to its original state after the event has concluded.
Assemble temporary dance floors inside and outside events.
Coordinate with vendors on proper set up for food, beverages, and decorations.
