    I started with Silver Ridge Village as the HR Manager responsible for all of the HR duties for 250 employees. In 2005 I went to their sister property, Western AZ Regional Medical Center where my main responsibilities surrounded recruiting within the HR department. The recruiting was both national and international and I worked closely with an immigration attorney for international recruits.
    During this time, I would also work through the outages at Edison Power Plant for Flyash (subcontractor). This was seasonal annually.
